INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS AND TERMS

Dentalpoints.net is an Internet platform that, for the clinics presented on the system/platform, enables Users to transparently view information about dental clinics, their services and business conditions

Dentalpoints.net emphasizes that the data and information on the Dentalpoints.net system are managed by the clinics themselves and does not take responsibility for the accuracy of the information on the system.

Dentalpoints.net undertakes the obligation to check and correct the data if it is vague or inaccurate in the form of a written notification and/or requested by the System User within 15 days of the User's notification.

Definition of terms

Dentalpoints.net platform is a set of applications, (mobile and desktop applications), tools and other resources that, as part of the Dentalpoints.net service, enable the functionality described in the business model of the functioning of the dentalpoints.net platform/system.

User is any visitor to the Dentalpoints.net platform who has entered their contact information on the platform or otherwise contacted the Dentalpoints.net platform.

Advertisers are business and/or healthcare entities (clinics, dental clinics, studios, etc.) that present information and data on the Dentalpoints.net platform and that entered the data on the platform directly on the interface , via Dentalpoints.net information/forms, email or phone communication with Dentalpoints.net platform staff.

Functional model of the Dentalpoints.net platform is a set of activities and procedures that the Dentalpoints.net platform has published on its pages or made possible through the Dentalpoints.net service for Users or Advertisers and which is intended to connect Advertisers and the User and enabling the use of the Advertiser's services by the User.

Article 1

These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the User/visitor of the Dentalpoints.net platform and the Dentalpoints.net system from the moment the User submits data to the Dentalpoints.net system until the User's data is deleted from the system.

Article 2

By registering and submitting the User's data to the Dentalpoints.net system, the User confirms his/her consent for the Dentalpoints.net platform to process, store, present and forward the User's data to the entities selected by the User and to the advertising entities provided for in the functioning model of the Dentalpoints.net platform. By accepting the General Business Terms and Conditions, the User waives the right to complain, request compensation or request other claims against the Dentalpoints.net platform, except in the case that he has requested certain activities from the Dentalpoints.net platform in writing and the platform has not informed him within 7 days about the possibilities of solving his request, the status and dynamics of the solution.

Article 3

By accepting the General Terms and Conditions, the User confirms that he is aware that from the moment of selecting the advertiser and the User accessing the advertiser for inspection or intervention, the Dentalpoints.net platform does not bear any further responsibility for procedures performed on him or other actions of the advertiser.

Article 4

Dentalpoints.net platform confirms that it considers official communication all forms of communication that are made through contact information published on Dentalpoints.net platform systems (email, forms, telephones...). The user confirms that his official contact information is the information that he submitted at the time of registration or that he subsequently communicated/changed through the corresponding services of the Dentalpoints.net platform.

Article 5

Dentalpoints.net platform confirms that it will treat all received User data as a business and official secret and that it will not be distributed without the User's consent or shared or distributed to third parties in any way except according to the model that is officially advertised and promoted as the Dentalpoints Functional Model .net platforms.

Article 6

The user confirms his acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions by clicking on the acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions, or by submitting the inquiry and his personal data.

Article 7

All relations not mentioned between the User and the Dentalpoints.net platform are regulated in accordance with the relevant EU regulations and related regulations.
